Frequently asked questions

What is co-living and what should I know?

Co-living is a shared-living concept where you have your own private room, while areas such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and yard are shared with other residents. It is designed to encourage a sense of community while offering convenience and affordability. Living responsibly and respecting shared spaces helps ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Is co-living safe?

Yes. We take care to review tenant profiles before move-in to promote a respectful and harmonious living environment. Our aim is to maintain a safe, well-managed community for all residents.
